It was a wonderful experience from start to finish..from the 1st time I called to enquire about the car, Mr. Lokesh who is the sales head was quite prompt in coming over and explaining about the car, to arranging the test drive at the exact time we wanted and making the delivery process fully smooth. The Atto 3 car was delivered on time as per their commitment and the team is extremely responsive to any query or call we made at any time. Would definitely recommend if anyone planning to purchase an EV

We recently took delivery of our new car from BYD Malviya Nagar, and the entire experience was excellent. A special thank you to Mr. Abhinav, the GM, and Mr. Lokesh from the sales team for making the whole process smooth, transparent, and truly memorable. Lokesh guided us patiently throughout, answered all our questions, and ensured that everything was handled perfectly until the final delivery.
