I wanted to take a moment to appreciate the support provided by the Chennai service team in addressing my concerns with the vehicle. While there were a few delays related to parts availability and software updates, I understand these were largely dependent on imports and the availability of official software patches, which were outside the direct control of the local service team. Throughout the process, the service advisors and technical team were very supportive, responsive, and patient in following up on the issues and keeping me updated. Their willingness to help and coordinate through the challenges genuinely deserves appreciation. I hope BYD continues strengthening backend support and spare/software availability, but I would specifically like to acknowledge the Chennai service team for their professionalism and customer handling.
