Amazing service, great response, follow-up till closure. Recently bought BYD Atto3 from this dealership. TestDrive: Though they were not the one who gave me a test drive and made my mind, but I am sure if I had taken it, I would have bought the car much earlier. Sales Team: Special thanks to Jude Abhishek, who I interacted on the phone first, positively resolved all my queries, and was very patient in responding, though I asked too many questions being a customer. Very polite in all conversations and no false promises. Thanks Delivery: Faced no delays in PDI before full payments, documents asked, explained all the features and areas to look into, and kept the conversation very positive.
